For new-build projects, our fee is paid by the developer, meaning you as the buyer incur no additional costs for our guidance.
We do not work exclusively with a single developer and select projects based on substance, long-term value, and risk — not on the highest commission.

How we work: selective and personal
We are not a sales agent with our own inventory that "needs to move," but independent buying advisors. We consciously guide a limited number of cases at a time, allowing space for analysis, discussions, and alignment. Our starting point is always your situation, not a project that happens to be on the shelf.

We focus on three regions in Spain: Costa Cálida, South Costa Blanca, and parts of the Costa del Sol. Within these areas, we deliberately choose high-quality locations with solid long-term potential, rather than mass-tourism hotspots.
That's why we look not only at the project itself, but also at the policy context and long-term development of the region.
