In 45 minutes, we cover in broad terms:

How you intend to use the property in practice — investment, second home, (partial) living, or a combination.
Your time horizon and the flexibility you will need.
The main points of your tax framework — Box 3, any structures, role of your current assets.
Your financial possibilities: personal funds, purchase costs in Spain, and what is realistic for a mortgage.
Which regions and project types broadly match your usage, budget, and risk profile.

At the end, you will have a clear scenario: buy now, buy later, or not yet — and see which steps fit or don't fit that plan.

How we are compensated for new builds

For new-build projects, our fee is paid by the developer or selling party. For you as the buyer, this means no separate invoice for our guidance — our costs are built into the project structure. We do not work exclusively for any single developer and select projects based on content — location, long-term value, build quality, policy context, and alignment with your criteria — not on the highest commission.

For existing properties

For existing properties or very specific searches, the compensation structure may differ. If there is no payment from the seller's side, we agree in advance how we will be compensated — without hidden commissions or middlemen. You always know beforehand what to expect.

Who this is — and isn't — for

This conversation is for buyers seriously considering Spain who realise that many factors play a role at once: assets, Box 3, time, usage, family, work. If you just want to "look at houses casually," this is not the right first step. We deliberately schedule a limited number of conversations per month to allow preparation and depth.
